Happy Wednesday! It’s amazing how many times you could visit Paris or even live there and still discover hidden places each time. Sometimes I wish I had discovered photography when I was still living there…now when I return with my little ones, I find it harder to find tranquil moments to just wander aimlessly through the city and find a peaceful moment to capture the perfect shot. Ahhh, Paris really is a photographic paradise.
Parc de Bercy has a magical and wild garden overflowing with flowers, vegetables and herbs just after crossing the bridge Passerelle Simone de Beauvoir…yes, my dream garden. Parc de Sceaux, a very large park not far from Paris, usually not listed on the travel guides, with lush trees and lots of lawn for the kids to run wild although some of the trees were already burnt orange as if awaiting Autumn to arrive. You could spend all day here and really lose track of time in these places.
The changing of seasons reminded me that yes, change can be good. As I start a new chapter in my life, there have been even more unexpected changes coming up. I am constantly reminded that life is so short, that it’s precious and that we can plan all the details but God always sees the bigger picture.
